About our PMI NEIC Professional Development Seminar
"Excelling as a Leader"
Presented by: Michelle Gladieux from Gladieux Consulting
This program includes the most recent empirical research findings about what makes or breaks managerial effectiveness and reinforces the data with hands-on exercises. Bring a pen and an open mind, and discover information that will motivate you to take a closer look at your own leadership style.
Before the morning is over, you'll have a better understanding of what works and what doesn't about your communication with others, how you are perceived, and what you can do about any negative perceptions others may hold about you. You'll identify and discuss a great leader you've known personally as a benchmark and document personal goals for 2008 and beyond.
